1. Experience

· Knowledge and experience of WCDMA.

· Experience on Ericsson products (AXE) will have an advantage.

· Concept of digital switching.

· Ability to work independently and coordinate cross function.

· Good analytical skills with high inquisitiveness towards new technologies.

· Structured approach towards work with ability to guide team towards a process oriented approach.

2. Responsibilities

· Responsible for Configuration changes and CR Handling.

· Coordination with design and planning team & Customer.

· To prioritize CR to meet SLA/WLA and work within well defined system support guidelines.

· Customer complaints handling.

· Signalling definitions, link creation, route creation, MTP Routing, link set creation, Signaling shifting for MSC/MSS/MGW (R4/R5).

· Trunk Creation & Augmentation (E1, A-ter and A-link), traffic shifting for MSC/MSS/MGW.

· Carrying out network related administration activities like Charging files output backup, System backup (CP, SP, AP) of all AXE nodes on optical disks regularly.

· B no. analysis - New level opening, traffic diversion, MSRN/IMSI/GT Definition.

· Routing case analysis, traffic bifurcation and roaming definition.

· PRI configuration and expertise in troubleshooting.

· Short code/VAS code definition,

· Inter-operator POI connectivity.

· Connectivity of (New nodes integration) MSC with other GMSCs, STP or TSC.

· AUC database loading in HLR and to check on all the size alteration events in all nodes.

· Performing RAD reconciliations

· SDP load balancing, SDP and Load sharing change/ definition.

· HLR Authentication algorithm and subscription definition, profile definition/change.

· USSD and SCCP definition.

· New SCP integration definition, trigger table modification/ Definition.

· Trouble shooting of problem related to configuration changes.

· Involved in Expansion, Network Migration on any Commercial Live Network.

· New Features Implementation.

· SRF Planning: effectively plan, document and implement all SRF activities during a product life cycle.

· Problem solving: must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts.

· Interpersonal skills: must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely.

· Team working: must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal departments.

· To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs well within the time limits.

· To ensure delivery of SRF Reports towards customer as per WLA requirements

· To ensure quality checks of SRF reports for error free circulation.

· Interface with the other organizational entities
